I'm pleased that you could visit, Have a look around, I've recently discovered the joys of Watercolour Painting. I first picked up a brush at the end of January 2003. by March I was ready to throw in the towel, not knowing how to get help and certainly not learning from, nor understanding any art literature I read. I came across "Interactive Watercolour CD, by Mr Peter Saw", I purchased this late March 2003, I haven't looked back! I'm still a beginner I still have heaps to learn, but I am getting results! The CD is perfect for me, as a full time carer for my disabled husband, I can't get to classes. With the CD a forum is also available for you to show your paintings and get more help to enable you to progress, Peter Saw is always happy to encourage and suggest changes to improve my abilities, It's like having a tutor 24 hours a day in my own home, the CD consists of doodles which are a gradual build up in techniques, leading on to more complicated paintings, of which you have learnt the techniques by practising painting the doodles, many of which have a video so you can see every brush stroke, It's a phenomenal learning aid, with excellent continued support via the forum. I know 100% that without finding the Interactive Watercolour CD, I would have thrown my brushes in the bin and never believed I had a chance to make a dream come true. If I can learn to paint using this method, I assure you anyone can, The link if you want to know more about the CD is http://www.paintdoodles.com On this site you will see some of my attempts. The paintings are in the order that they were done in each category, I'm hoping as time goes by, with lots of practise, my techniques will build up and my painting will improve, At the moment I have plenty if not everything that needs improving upon. The most important thing is, it's so very relaxing and enjoyable, I can forget any worries and paint my blues away. It's not the end result that's important, although I would love to produce a masterpiece, But how it makes me feel and it makes me feel good! :-) Nearly all paintings shown on this site are copied from material / tuition source 'Interactive Watercolour by Peter Saw' © [Paintdoodles]
Oh and Here is a mug shot taken 16th June 2003, ( and if you can survive that! you can survive anything! even my art attempts ;-) :-D
